The Sylvia Manor is the first boutique hotel in Bacolod City with 47 rooms and 5 suites that cater to both business and leisure travellers alike. Our priority is your utmost comfort - giving you more than just a traditional hotel experience - making you feel that it's a home away from home.
The Name
The name of the hotel belongs to the loving and steadfast wife of Norman Ocana who stood right beside him through poverty and richness. The name, Sylvia, was chosen to show how much Norman loves his better half.
The People Behind
Nanette Rose Ocana-Yapjoco is currently the hotel's Managing Director and together with Belinda Berbenzana, Hotel Manager, ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of The Sylvia Manor.
