Considered as Bacolod’s 1st and Only Boutique Hotel, The Sylvia Manor was recently awarded by the Department of Tourism during its annual Regional Tourism Excellence Awards,  as the Best Hotel in the “Standard Class” category in Western Visayas during the 2009 WV Tourism Assembly held last December 6, 2009.

 

Hotel Manager Mr. John Bernard Ongsingco received the award on behalf of the hotel at the Capiz Gym in Roxas City.  Approaching its 4th year of operations, the hotel gives credit to its associates who continue to uphold the hotel’s corporate mission and core values - living its promise to provide guests with uncompromising service and value for money.
